Need help with penis pump/VED
So basically my stretch penile length is 7 inches and my erect girth around mid shaft is 5.8 inches. I bought a 9x2.0 and 9x2.25 cylinders from LeLuv and I put them over my flaccid penis and pump to 5inhg but can’t achieve erection. Like my Penis won’t catch the pressure and expand at all. When I got a little bit of a semi erect going I was able to max out the base of the 2.0 since apparently it’s max suggested girth is 5.5 and I’m 5.8 so I max out the base but still can’t get length expansion but then when I try the 2.25 even with a bit of a semi erect I still can’t catch the pressure and expand to my 7 inch stretched length. Been dealing with some porn induced ED and trying to stop and heard pumps can be good for rebuilding Erection quality and my natural erections where Falling a bit short of my 7 inch Stretched length so thought the pump would be best to retrain my tissue and chamber to reach their max potential. But I just can’t seem to be able to achieve an erection in the pumps. My balls do hang low and loose and I do have some turkey neck so it’s like some scrotum skin can get sucked in and some fat pad area skin but my fat pad is only 1 cm since I’m very lean so idk what to do but need help figuring out how to allow my D to catch the pump pressure and expand

I stupidly economized on a cheap pump from an adult book store. As you note, there was a shield that didn't fit very well and it kept sucking my scrotum up into the tube, and I discontinued using the device rather than have bruising on my scrotum.
For me Never Go cheep with the family Jewels

1 ReactionI got mine from amazon was not much ..rechargeable different speeds ..and the top pooped off if I did get suck in .. don't have the model number Visit the Adorime Store I just checked still have it 29.99 ..
I bought mine at Augusta Medical Systems. I started with the electrical version, but it broke or the batteries would die, so I bought the manual one. I also purchased the lifetime guarantee for $99. Anytime it breaks, you can send it back for a new one if you pay shipping and handling. I have been using it for years.

2 Reactions@arctic22 I got the same and it works great. Multiple levels of vacuum. Multiple end pieces for different sized guys. There is that tendency for surrounding flesh (including your nuts) to get sucked in - it’s a vacuum after all! I suggest using a good amount of lubricant on the tip of your penis and start the pump. Let it draw your penis in. As it pulls to the base, hold back your scrotum and reposition so that the pump ends up firmly at the base without allowing surround flesh the opportunity to get sucked in.

bigj, good advice about not going cheap when it comes to the family jewels. I can remember when my father sternly charged me to take care of the "family jewels" when before middle school football and basketball he took me to the sporting goods store and bought me a Bike "athletic supporter" like the one he put on under his bathing suit when he took me to the local public pool. I wish I had taken better care of the family jewels when buying the cheap pump for penile rehabilitation and more importantly wish I had tried active surveillance before the radiation 20 years ago that started my ED problems.
@guyrm yeah I do do that but it’s like my D won’t catch the pressure, like only the base area of the cylinder feels pressure while the penis dosent get pulled in. I have a LeLuv pump. I’m also 5ft8 and 122 pounds so I have a kinda small pelvis area like kinda V shape if you get what I mean
@florida11 noted. I have a LeLuv but it’s like my D just dosent Catch the pressure. Like only the base area feels pressure but like my D just dosent get pulled in to its streched size
