I bought mine at Augusta Medical Systems. I started with the electrical version, but it broke or the batteries would die, so I bought the manual one. I also purchased the lifetime guarantee for $99. Anytime it breaks, you can send it back for a new one if you pay shipping and handling. I have been using it for years.
