Nebulizing saline

What do you experienced BE patients think about nebbing saline without a scrip from pulmo? Aerobika alone is not doing much and shortness of breath is getting worse.

I don’t see any harm, but I would start with a lower as possible concentration

Nebulizing 7% saline is the best.
My assigned pulmonologist knows very little about bronchiectasis (her speciality is monitoring nodules and granulomas, which I also have) so I'm on my own for BX treatment. Extremely glad I found out about nebbing saline. I tell my doctors I do it, they say that's fine, but I wish more medical practitioners knew about it!
I tell everyone I salt my lungs.
