I was told I have fatty liver from ultrasound sep 2024,my doctor says just diet and exercise,my liver enzymes blood test was normal,I have a dull pain on my upper right side,no gallstones,this year I had fibroscan ultrasound which showed F2 fibrosis,increased scarring on the liver,dull pain continues on the right side on and off,my doctor says diet and exercise,too early for meds,repeat fibroscan at some point,my stools turned yellow this week,one of my liver enzymes are elevated but on repeat is on a downeard trend, I read from medical literature that may be a blocked bile dict problem,I have upcoming follow ups with 2 GI doctors,I am worried but my doctors doesn’t seem to be,anybody being followed or treated for fatty liver?pls reach out..thanks

@truthfinder - I moved your post here because I thought it would be the best way for you to connect with the most members on this site who are familiar with fatty liver who might weigh in on your not seeming to be followed or treated for the fatty liver found in your 2024 ultrasound.

What did your doctor recommend back in 2024 about addressing the fatty liver with diet and exercise? Were you given specifics or referred to exercise or nutrition specialists for consult?
