Melatonin that doesn't make you hungry?
Is there a dose of Melatonin or blend of it with other supplements/herbs that doesn't make you hungry? Does timing matter? I'm one of those people that has yet to find a form of Melatonin that doesn't cause nocturnal hunger.
I can't take Valerian regularly because of nightmares and hallucinations. I can sometimes drink it in tea but not every week.

What dosage are you taking? I take 2 mg at night and don’t get hungry but do get to sleep. Most recommendations are between 2 and 10 mg at night.

I'm not taking any right now. The last I recall taking was maybe 1mg.
