Medicaid and Financial Assistance at Mayo

Posted by januaryjane @januaryjane, Dec 16, 2019

I havent done a lot of reading yet, but i do know I cannot go to Mayo with my medicaid and I cannot change insurance as I am disabled. My motility disorder has left little options left to try, one pill, if that doesnt work, looking at surgery. Does anyone know if I could have any affordable chance to be seen at Mayo?

@januaryjane, Mayo does accept Medicaid. You're right that there are certain conditions that apply and out-of-state Medicaid is not accepted. Here is more information about insurance and financial assistance options at Mayo Clinic.
