I’ve tried, IBgard, peppermrnt oil capsules, fiber, Tennel capsules, and Tea. don’t eat red meat, mostly ciicken, fish, lots of salads and everything baked nothing fryed nothing spicy. It mainly hits me at night with the feeling of bloated, stomach pain, which make it hard to get a good night sleep. Exercise seam too help a little.

So much I don’t know…or don’t understand about IBS. I am grateful for all the information I can get. My stomach feels sore/achy for long periods of time and then suddenly, just gets better and goes away. Sometimes I can go for months where I can eat just about any type of food I want with no problem, and then – suddenly it changes and I have to be so careful about every little. I am always searching for advice and answers! Thank you.
I don’t believe I have internal hemorroids, and if I do, my internist has never mentioned it. I really had never considered hemorroids might contribute to IBS, but I can see that there certainly could be connection! Appreciate very much the information – another subject to add to conversation at my next doctor’s appointment. Thank you.
I had same problem. They really push fiber supplements which never helped me. I do try to avoid wheat products and dairy. It helps.. But IBS is malfunction of nerves in colon causing pain, nausea, general feeling of illness. Doctors don’t really know root cause. I do take ginger, and. Coconut oil (organic) as well as gas pills. Helps me a lot. Also I have rectocel from childbirth. This forms week area that catches stool and makes it difficult . I think the gas pills and coconut oil is making stool soft and passes easier. Get fiber from Cascadian Nut and fruit grain cereal daily. Lots of good natural fiber.
