14mm aneurysm in carotid artery - having trouble keeping BP down

I am having trouble keeping my BP down in the mornings. It generally is 160/80.
Later it goes down as low as 106. Any suggestions?

What type of medications are you taken and dose

I take metopropolol 100mg. Olm satan 50 mg, amlodopine 10 Mg.
He just added hydralazine 25 mg, but says take no more than1X a day and only when too
BP reading us over 145. I have only had to take it once and have not hit 160 since. I take other meds levothyroxine and atorvaststin for other issues.

Also the carotid artery is 60percent blockef
