I GOT A MILD HYPOTENSION AND HOW CAN I INCREASE THE BLOOD PRESSURE

I have the same problem and have been advised to do two things. I’m not a doctor so trying this is up to you. The first is drink a ton of water. If your BP is low, drinking a couple bottles of water increases your blood volume and ups your BP. The second is add more salt to your diet. This goes against all the advice I’ve ever heard but it has helped me. And be careful with the water. Don’t do the massive drinking more than once a day. You can get sick from too much water. Just keep up a steady stream.

I note the above. I'm not sure about heaps of water. You are better to pace the amount throughout the day.

Buy the soup in those sachets as they do have more salt in than making it yourself.

But exercise and moving is a wonder for low BP. Walk the beach is you have one.

Check your meds. I have just stopped Bisoprolol carefully and slowly so I have only CCB Diltiazem. CD. 120mg. AM. I not only had low BP but was getting visual unstableness after closing my eyes and after picking up a ping pong ball. Having to ask my opponent to wait 3 minutes until I could manage further play.

Take care. Have you had an ablation for AF?

THANKYOU FOR YOUR ADVISE, I AM DRINKING 2LITRES OF WATER AND BEGINING TO ADD SALT IN MY DAILY MEAL. I HOPE THIS WILL HELP

Adding salt might help, but it has other effects, not least of which is altering what you get used to in terms of taste for things you ingest. That might become a problem if you ever have to CUT SALT due to HYPERtension. Just a caution, and what I'm really suggesting is that this is best run past your GP/PCP to determine WHY you have apparent hypotension. Maybe you have valve regurgitation that needs to be corrected or maybe heart failure/enlargement that needs to be managed. Maybe your kidneys need attention since they, more than anything else inside you, maintain blood pressure one way or another. If they aren't, shouldn't that be investigated?

@khatoatonny I would space out the two litres of water through the day.

Get prescription for Midodrine and/or droxidopa. Stay well hydrated. Wear compression socks and abdominal binder.
