I have stumbled upon several articles on healing your depression by healing your gut. Everything I read on this really seems to make sense to me. I am researching more before I begin to really dive in, but just about 2 weeks in of taking high doses of probiotics and fasting 1 day a week, I am truly starting to feel like myself again!!! My goal is to wean off Lexapro 20mg slowly over the next month or so…. Does anyone have any tips on that as well as knowledge on healing the gut?—- I also never knew more serotonin is in your gut than brain people!!!! Doctors call your gut your second brain. How am I just learning this?!
