Has anyone else passed out at work

I was working outside in the Texas heat and this is the second time that I passed out at work I am on the 2.5mg dose of Camzyos could a stronger dose help I have been to the hospital by ambulance twice in the last year I would like surgery by Aorta is at 4.4cm my heart doctor said I am 70/30 but he wants to wait until I am at 50/50 I have no energy when I get home from work and just fall a sleep

I go to Dr. Mathew Dickson at Texas heart and Vascular I passed out because of the heat

I have three different heart doctors at this point and they are now awaiting a “committee” of some sort to give their two cents on surgery. I’ve said I’m fine with surgery but NOT being put on more meds. Meanwhile, I just had an NSTEMI cardiac event (a “little” heart attack) and was admitted to the hospital, still have no answers.
