Has anyone else passed out at work

I was working outside in the Texas heat and this is the second time that I passed out at work I am on the 2.5mg dose of Camzyos could a stronger dose help I have been to the hospital by ambulance twice in the last year I would like surgery by Aorta is at 4.4cm my heart doctor said I am 70/30 but he wants to wait until I am at 50/50 I have no energy when I get home from work and just fall a sleep

I'm concerned. Is there a history in your family of sudden events, even death, from cardiac arrest ? My wife has had two sisters die suddenly after having " light headed" experiences. Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy is real and serious and lethal if not attended to. Both of my wife's sisters were grossly underrated
before death. Be a tiger on this !

I am the only one with this problem My cardiologist says he is watching everything but he still wants to wait on surgery

I have only coapsed once and it was in my home and i recovered on my own. Very scary but nothing since. That was in apr of 23.
I am 1.9 cmno chest pains or ligbtheadedness, juss lite s.o.b. i juss got back from mayo dr.ommen rocks. I am getting a pacemaker installed
My dr. Doesnt do surgery till atleast 3.0 centim

Dr. Ommen diagnosed me with HOCM 22 years ago. Yes, he is an AWESOME doctor!!!! I had a defibrillator/pacemaker put in in 2020 and also had a septal myoectomy in 2018. Severe tricuspid regurgitation and had surgery for that in 2023. My shortness of breath has disappeared and lightheadedness I've only had 1 episode since the 2023 surgery.

Hello! May i ask how long b4 u went back to work after installation of icd? I am planning on getn one and was juss curious

Hello - If I remember right I was back working after about 2 weeks. Have had no problems with the ICD.

Hi I also live in Tx I'm starting camzyos. Can I ask who your HOCM specialist is and was it the meds or heat
