@thumperguy I completely concur. The information, experience and knowledge shared in this group is beyond measuring. You'll notice that I modified the title of this discussion slightly to Gratitude for this MAC group: Finding Gratitude Daily. If you agree with the title change, I think this will invite all members to share what they are grateful for.

@tinaesims @heathert @irene5 will you help kick it off? If you'd like, please post a message by tagging at least one or two other members and complete this sentence: Today I am grateful for _______________________________.

I’m so glad that my lungs are still working well enough for me to regularly engage in moderately strenuous exercise which in turn contributes to lung health. Ain’t I just the cat’s whiskers?” 😉
