Does anyone have a spouse with signs of RBD but no diagnosis yet?
My husband has sleep disturbances (punching, kicking, crying out, screaming) but has no awareness of this. I don’t think he even believes me when I tell him. Waking him doesn’t seem to help—he gets agitated and belligerent at times. How have you convinced your loved ones to get tested?

Yes, it comes and goes. My husband has Ushers syndrome and Retinitis Pigmitosis RP. I was thinking this could help researchers with anything.
After my husband gave me a black eye he agreed to go to the doctor he was sent to a neurologist where he was diagnosed with REM sleep disorder. Within the next year while waiting for his next appointment he has hurt himself multiple times throwing himself out of bed. He has recently had a brain scan where they have seen small changes on his brain. They have upped his medication and we are back on the waiting list to see the neurologist again. He’s exausted. Im exhausted.
