Decreased energy after waking up
I am diagnosed with depression. If I wake up, I feel very exhausted. I feel like pulling myself from the bed ! Before I sleep, I feel much better. Sleep should make me full of energy, butI see the opposite. Exercise helps a lot to deal with that. But I want to solve this issue radically.
1. What is causing me to feel exhausted after waking?
2. What is the solution of that?

Mybetriq saved my life. Kegels caused my pelvic floor to be too tight. If you feel an urgency, do 3 quick Kegels and the urge should pass long enough for you to get to a bathroom.
@contentandwell When I want information about a drug or its side effects I use two sites . Drugs.com and WebMD .com I like them they give you the interactions to other drugs also.
@lioness I have not checked with my team because I don’t want to bother them with yet another question unless I feel fairly confident that it will help. I also use those sites to check for drug interactions but I didn’t think arnica would be classified as a drug, and I was wondering about T-gel which has other ingredients too.
@downtowntiger Are you on Medicare? If you are do you mind my asking, how much you have to pay for your Myrbetriq? It was quite a while ago when I checked, right after Myrbetriq had come out. I realize that not all Medicare B plans pay the same amount for different drugs, so I’m just trying to get an idea of cost.

JK, when I took it, I had good insurance. I haven’t taken it in years. They used to have coupons to pay $20 for me months. Sadly (very sadly) I am about to be 64 and am about to have surgery $$$$$. Call the maker of Myrbetriq and ask for financial assistance. My Dexilant is free for a year!

@downtowntiger We are part of that vast middle group — too much money to qualify for aid of any sort, and but not enough to make something like that a priority unless it was a real necessity, as xifaxan was.
