Chest pain and panic still persist despite being cleared
I am 22, and upon having chest pain for a while, I did my 2D echo, echodiaram, ECG, and Trop I, and everything came out normal.
Despite that, every time I get chest pain, I feel like this might be different from before, particularly because a while ago I read through some AI that a healthy heart can still get a heart attack despite clear test.

Please do not self diagnose using AI or thoughts. Sure, heart attacks can happen but at your age, rarely unless you are taking medications, not getting sleep, drinking Red Bull or something that accelerates your heart artificially.
Please try to be present, meditate, go outside for fresh air, be social.

5 ReactionsI understand how stressful this is for you because I’ve been down that road myself.
I would do a diary
And in the diary, I would write the date. Did you have any problems during the day? What were you doing before the pain returns? What have you eaten or drank?
I would also do my blood pressure
Then go back after two or three months and see if there is anything that is standing out that might be causing it.
Like a stressful day at work, did you eat something that day that maybe your body don’t like. Did you do a big workout say hours before?
These might help you to figure it out
And yes, stay away from AI I prefer Google
I hope this gives you some ideas as how you can be your own investigator on your life
Wish you the best

1 ReactionThe diary is a great idea. Relaxation techniques are good. But do not give up totally on figuring it out. It can be a chiropractic adjustments. I get pains that start in the upper chest that radiate down my arm. Never have been able to get an answer. I lay down, stretch my arm out and massage the nerves in the inner shoulder (think it is the vagus never) to relieve it. Could be anxiety. Could even be some mineral or vitamin you are low on.
Don't give up because it could be anything that could be an annoyance or something important, or anywhere in between.
My brother said "No one really knows why people have heart attacks."
I told this to my cardiologist and he agreed with it!
@lenmayo What? Your cardiologist said nobody really knows why heart attacks happen??
@njx58 Exactly! My wife's cousin's husband had a heart attack just after leaving his cardiologist's office.
@lenmayo It makes no sense. Of course they know what causes heart attacks. Maybe he meant you can't predict them.
Hello jiyad
You mention tests related to the heart, fot chest pain.
Other laboratory all normal?
No other health, social or psychological concerns?
Were other chest pain causes evaluated, such as gastrointestinal problems, lung problems*, infections (Vaccinations current?), muscle strain, stress?
*Abnormal findings in legs such as swelling, redness, pain, which might indicate a clot which could travel to the lungs and cause severe chest pain?
I wonder if Ai or computer searches are only as good as the facts supplied for analysis, and the algorithm used? Maybe use the Mayo Clinic symptom check online algorithm to give you ideas to consider?
Best wishes
