Bradycardia

Hello all. After months of keeping you guys informed of my issues and heart tests that checked out ok I found myself back in er last night. I had noticed my pulse has been In the 40s and 50s when resting and last night while sitting around was in low 40s. Even reaching 39 at one point. I have been naseaus for a few days and a little lightheaded so I went late last night to Er. After all blood tests, which were good and monitoring me my resting rate was in 40s most of the time. They did X-ray and ekgand with the blood work released me stating possible sinus bradycardia. I am 36 and am very worried that my heart is going to stop still. Is the blood work a good indicator that the cardiac side is ok as he wanted to check the enzymes? Reaching out for any help

Does anyone know what could cause slow heart rate in combination with a chill / cold feeling?
I've been dealing with this for some time. Sometimes I have inappropriate sinus tachycardia, other days I have this chill and cold feeling with a slow HR. I take thyroid medicine and my levels and all blood work are always normal.

short health history:
47yo male
1. I'm on Xarelto for blood clotting disorder.
2. 2015 and 2019 had DVT/PE.
3. 2017 – Had one AFIB incident, put on Multaq until this year and taken off due to no more AFIB.
4. Take Xarelto 20mg, Bystolic 0.50mg

YES! A well-known side effect of Bystolic is bradycardia (slow heart rate). Please contact your doctor and discuss this ASAP. @warpedtrekker

I have discussed with cardiologist. I'm aware beta blockers can cause bradycardia. But shouldn't cause chills and very cold feeling. I'm still trying to figure that one out with some doctors

I know it can be scary. Sinus bradycardia means normal rythmn, but slow heartbeat. Be assured your cardiac tests are normal. I would see your primary dr or cardiologist if you are concerned. Symptoms with a slow heart include light head, short of breath, fatigue are some. I would keep a symptom journal. Your heart doesn't stop because if a slow heart rate. Best thing to relieve anxiety us to talk to your healthcare professional. If you dont feel they are taking you seriously find someone else

Thank you. I guess my biggest fear is my heart to stop. I just assume it’s better than a super fast rate however

Anyone else have insight on this?

What are some worrisome issues should I look for? And how do I know if it’s low that I’m ok and not panic?
