Blood pressure causing sluggishness in morning ?

Posted by ronludington @ronludington, Jun 10 8:26am

I'm currently taking verapamil to keep my blood pressure in check (problems with a bunch of others) however when getting up in the morning, I'm p retry sluggish, hard to do steps... just want to get a cup of coffee and sit fir an hour , maybe 2. When I take my pressure on getting up, it in the 105/60 range with a heart rate in low 50s. I feel better after those couple hours and pressure is up in the 115-120 / 65 range and hr around 60. Is this normal, should I feel this way ? (All because of assending aneurysm..)
