Anyone had to go off mavacamten ? Any side affects after stopping

I was on it for a year but felt worse on it than off. I was dizzy every day, most of the day, every time I stood up I had to use something for balance. My BP was dramatically low, I was cold all the time, no energy at all, and it wasn't showing any improvement on my Echos. I'm off now, scheduled for a myectomy in 5 weeks, my energy is coming back and my BP is more normal. I have noticed my heart palpitations have come back with a vengeance but overall I feel much better off it.
