A curious thing. Does this happen to others? Bolting light

I for some reason couldn't post this in the Eye section so im posting here.

So something im courious but when I've sneezed, or coughed, or even after I end up vomiting at times I see multiple lights dashing around before my vision, but they don't move in straight lines almost as if they are alive able to change course. to me its like "Did my vision get magnified" and am I seeing the organisims that make up my eyeballs? im in a somewhat well lit room itself, and these lil light creatures or what not darted about after I sneezed hard.. normally I cant see them at all.. but I've had them appear even during a sunny day when I've sneezed hard enough.. So im courious is this a normal thing other people see at times? and are these Light things living entities like micro sumthins.. so that's what has been happening to me.
