5 yrs post covid. Is there any help out there
I can't take those any longer. I have been suffering with Long Covid for over 5 yrs. The biggest problem I have is finding doctors that understand this issue. Ringing in my ears and loss of hearing in left ear. Brain fog still. No short term memory. Depression sleep issues. Nightmares. Pulse rate between 38 to 45. Headaches. Rashes come and go. Wake up with blue feet. Hands and feet fall asleep in bed. Vision issues. No Libido since covid, none. Neck pain on left side of face. Fatigue. Try to get a good night's sleep but never works. Every 2 hrs up. Please Please my main thing is I would love to see a doctor that will listen and might run some test on me. This has to happen soon. Please help, any help.
Thanks

I dont know whats worse. Doctors or insurance companies? I blame doctors but then I looked at my family doctor he was in private practice on office. Loved him back then. Then with went with a huge multi state company that is buying up offices all over FL. This new company I won't name but it starts with a M. They take good doctors and make them see 10 or more patients per hour. Its all about the $$$$$$ now. Our medical insurance companies and huge doctor clinics get together and take over. Its so sad. Glad I am getting old and won't be around too long. I do remember back before the 2000s how could Doctor patient care was in America.
Good luck to all of us.
@kyrazpollet Your doc can prescribe diuretics to help remove some of the accumulated water from your legs. I also get swelling around my ankles sporadically with LC and had to pretty much eliminate salt from my diet and increase the water that I drink. It is also important to get up and moving to help move the fluid out of your legs...and not sit for long periods of time without getting up to walk a bit. When you are laying down, prop your legs up higher than your heart to encourage the fluids to drain.
Hi @kevtan. Hope I saw and recall your past info correct🙃 Just a suggestion hopefully another quicker route to try is sleep study. They are easier/quicker compared to other methods considering monitor many vitals/ systems to give documented info to physicians on one concise record for referrals etc🤞. All the best to you on your quickest healing journey possible🌈

Hi! My daughter just brought me some CBD gummies.
From a CVS. It has helped about 50 percent.
Also I have been taking ALA in larger doses. Brings pain down from “. Yikes, I feel like I’m being boiled in oil,”
To pain level 5.
