Welcome to the Neuropathy group.
This is a welcoming, safe place where you can meet other people who are dealing with neuropathy. Let’s learn from each other and share stories about living well with neuropathy, coping with the challenges and offering tips.

I’m Colleen, and I’m the moderator of this group, and Community Director of Connect. Chances are you’ll to be greeted by volunteer patient Mentor John (@johnbishop) and fellow members when you post to this group. Learn more about Moderators and Mentors on Connect.

For any of you that take Pregabalin rather than gabapentin - would you please share what mg you take and when?
I have started taking 1 x 100 mg at night and 1 x 25 mg in the morning. I don't know if weight is considered re: how much and when; but, I am sure not pain free!!

Hi, It seems I have MS, BFS, and/or neuropathy in the feet, calves and hands. Is there any meds or suppliments that have actually helped anyone? I would surely like to here something positive.

I have neurapathy in my feet, calves, thighs, back and hands.
I am taking pregabalin 200 MG 2 times daily, also duoloxetine 2 times daily 20 MG, tramadol 50 MG 2 times daily.

I get very little relief from them but am afraid if I quit them it will get worse.
I ordered a grounding mat which should be here shortly I will let you know if it helps, I have also ordered a drink called nerve brand that has alpha lipoic acid and other ingredients I will post any results.

OK a grounding mat is an electrical mat you will plug in to your outlet and it is supposed to help with it or diminish it.

I'm happy to report great success with my Senaxes treatment. I was taking 600 mg of Gabapentin every night plus Acetaminophen for pain and now do not need any pain medication at all after 34, 15 minute treatments of Senaxes.

@randymor there is another discussion on the treatment here -
Does anybody have experience with SANEXAS for neuropathy?: https://connect.mayoclinic.org/discussion/sanexas/

You might find the post by @duquer on his experience with Sanexas (EcST treatment) helpful – https://connect.mayoclinic.org/comment/701008/.
