How about a laugh, (hopefully)

Posted by Leonard @jakedduck1, Dec 31, 2018

I believe laughter is the best medicine. Laughter has actually been scientifically proven to help people with depression issues.
Let’s give it a try so we can all get happy and feel better. Many Epilepsy forums I’ve been on had joke sections. I was probably the biggest joke of all since I didn’t get a lot of the jokes. They said the jokes couldn’t be above 4th grade level for me to understand them so my jokes may be rather simplistic but let’s give it a try.
Have a lovely day everyone,
Jake

Why did the chicken cross to the other side of the playground?

2 ticks, 2 walk-ins 11 days apart. last yesterday, critter in place where sun don't shine unless it's the "60s and i am wearing short shorts which i did not even then. Anyhoo, dropped papers taken with on floor, including first black legged secured to paper tape for proof of prior, very kind observer gathered my mess and i went home on doxy, again. while reorganizing, realized i did not have both not-so-freeloaders in their snack baggie - went back out in rain to walk-in, to see if i'd lost my mind as well. was handed folded/ taped paper towel containing the missing. at 76, keep things "light" i use humor, often dark (like last night), to cope, so staff was laughing with me, and kindly but seriously kept the evidence. was too attached to leave them behind . . .

still funny - was getting ready to put up next week's "pills" for self, dog & cat, saw i put dog's flea/tick chewy in my minder for next Tuesday. has to be a stand up/sit down comedy routine around here somewhere - if i haven't mis-placed that as well.

How much wood would a woodchuck chuck if a woodchuck would chuck wood?
from my childhood ( a long, long time ago!)

REPLY

As posed, the question assumes that the animal is capable of performing the feat. So, the total amount of wood displaced by the woodchuck is dependent on the average chucking capacity of the woodchuck before becoming exhausted, which, in turn is dependent on the animal's size and general state of vigor. This also assumes that the wood to be displaced is sized into sticks sufficient for the woodchuck to lift in the first place. Without this information, the question cannot be answered as written.
