How about a laugh, (hopefully)

I believe laughter is the best medicine. Laughter has actually been scientifically proven to help people with depression issues.
Let’s give it a try so we can all get happy and feel better. Many Epilepsy forums I’ve been on had joke sections. I was probably the biggest joke of all since I didn’t get a lot of the jokes. They said the jokes couldn’t be above 4th grade level for me to understand them so my jokes may be rather simplistic but let’s give it a try.

Perhaps we wood conseed that puns stem from a branch of comedy that leaves people groaning but then branches into laughter once the limbic brain takes root.

About the lady answering the door with a bird on her head...

I feel like there must be a joke / one liner /pun about this situation in combination with the old expression about "a bird in hand is worth 2 in the bush." Something like, "a bird on the head is..." Seems like it should be low-hanging joke fruit, but I can't come up with anything...How about youse?
