Anyone had experience with OsteoStrong, who is not a franchisee?

Has anyone had experience with OsteoStrong? It suggests you will get a large increase in bone density while using their facility 10 minutes per WEEK. Somewhat pricey at $99 and up per month, but am curious if anyone who is NOT a franchisee, has experienced this program?

I was diagnosed with Osteoporosis and was excited when I discovered Osteostrong at a health fair, hoping this was the perfect solution to avoiding pharmaceuticals. After going to Osteostrong for 15 months, I had another Dexascan done to evaluate my bone density hoping to see great improvements. Unfortunately, the tests showed no improvement and more bone loss. So beware.

Yes, I went to osteostrong for 2 months but developed lower back pain which I had never experienced before. I terminated my membership.

I wonder if it is like where I go twice a week. It is called the Super Slow Zone. My bone density has improved in several areas.

Would like to hear from people who have used a Marodyne LIV , (low intensity vibration platform).

I got one a week ago. It really wakes up the cells. I use it three times a day. So far I’m enjoying it.

Great. Thanks for your response. I’d like to hear some more in the future. How many minutes are you using it when you do it? I’d be curious to hear when you have your next DEXA AND if you feel it assisted with improvement. Though it seems it may contribute more to quality of bone versus density.

I use it 3 times a day for 10 minutes each with 3 or 4 hours between sessions.

It’s wonderful you had improvement! How long have you used Super Slow Zone? I would like to try it. OsteoStrong was awkward and uncomfortable for me, maybe because I’m very petite and some of the equipment wasn’t adjustable to my size.
