OsteoStrong

Has anyone had experience with OsteoStrong? It suggests you will get a large increase in bone density while using their facility 10 minutes per WEEK. Somewhat pricey at $99 and up per month, but am curious if anyone who is NOT a franchisee, has experienced this program?

I’d like to know what it is. I have Ostereomalacia.
My bones are soft.

I had my first session Wednesday of this week and I really feel 100% better. I have an inherited DDD with the rounded upper back and I am sitting up straighter and can breathe better! My left hip doesn't bother me as much as it used to when I would get the trash can from the road to bring to the house. I usually would have to have a cane with me to make it all the way there and back. I really am delighted with Osteostrong. You can have a trial visit to see if it is for you. They spend about an hour with you and get your medical history, drugs, complaints then ease you through the 4 machines. It takes some grit to pull or push isometrically but it's fun to watch that needle keep going to the right. I'm a 68 year old female with Leukocytosis among other things and I really feel so much better. I'm signed up for a monthly round which can be 4 or 5 sessions. Call them and ask for a trial visit. See for yourself. Wish this were available 20 years ago!

I am very interested in knowing more about this from people that have used it. I have pretty severe osteoarthritis and RA and I am in constant pain.

I have been going to OsteoStrong for 5 weeks. My PC even was pleased with my decision to try it. I talked to 2 friends who did it for over a year and went from osteoporosis to almost out of even osteopenia. I already notice an increased strength and better balance. The science behind it makes so much sense. And it’s worth it to stay off of drugs. The free 1-hr session will explain a lot…. go for it!!

I am looking in my area. Is it expensive?

I pay $100/month I think. No long term commitment necessary and can quit whenever.

Osteostrong sounds like a very interesting option. I just checked their website and unfortunately there is not one anywhere near me. I like the idea of increasing bone strength with appropriate exercises.

I’m on Tymolos shots everyday. Haven’t tested me yet. Hope it works. Hope yours does too. I’m glad to hear something works!

My monthly is 119.00 and that includes months that have 4 and 5 weekly visits. It varies a little from office to office I think.

I have systemic lupus, arthritis everywhere – according to my orthopedic doc – and degenerative disc disease. After my first session my back doesn't hurt, I can walk a lot farther, 100 yards more, and my constant back pain has subsided. I can't wait until my next session but they recommend just once a week – at least to start.

@contentandwell Hi, I see there is one soon to open about 20 minutes from where I live. I may give it a try for a month or two when it opens. I'll report back on my impressions and findings!
