Does anyone have experience taking metoprolol while pregnant?

My daughter has been diagnosed with Non-Sustained Ventricular Tachycardia (NSTV) and "tons of extra beats" which they had previously described as PACs. She is 3 months pregnant and they want to put her on Metoprolol. Does anyone have experience or know of someone who has taken Metoprolol while pregnant? Or taken it to help with their NSTV?

It can be nerve-wracking to start a new drug while pregnant. But as you likely know ventricular tachycardias (VT) can cause concern for the well-being of both the mother and the fetus.

Did your daughter's Non-Sustained Ventricular Tachycardia (NSTV) start while pregnant or excerbated by pregnancy? Has her cardiologist coordinated with her PCP or gynecologist about taking metoprolol?

She had the symptoms pre-pregnancy but was told it was PACs and had a number of episodes where she passed out. This cardiologist diagnosed it as NSTV and yes she has talked to her OB.
