My iron was low for the first time in my life post Pfizer vax, even though ferritin was high. I developed a list of issues:
Numbness tingling in fingers and toes.
Joint pain in hands, elbows, knees, back.
Stiff weak hands when sleeping, its difficult to even pull up the covers.
Swelling in hands and lower legs.
Right arm pain, numbness, burning.
Fingers cant tolerate cold or the feel of gloves, finger tips burn, go numb and turn red.
Atopic dermatitis, 2 patches took months to heal, never had it before.
Cold during days hot and sweaty nights.
New age spots, skin takes long to heal.
Skin aging quickly.
Blurry vision.
Bright sunlight hurts my eyes even with sunglasses.
Vibrations in abdomen and chest.
Stomach vibrations if I eat sugar or a big meal.
Pressure at base of scull.
Pressure in head.
Cant remember what I'm doing.
Heart pounds when laying on my left side.
Blood whooshes in ears laying on stomach.
Arms fall deep asleep when sleeping.
Dizzy when standing.
Balance is not good, falling over.
Heart pounds when standing.
Out of breath/fatigue when doing easy things.
Dropping and spilling things.
Temp swings, I feel too cold or too hot.
Can't remember what I'm doing or feel drunk.
Disoriented in familiar places.
Right thumb twitched at the beginning for about 3 months. Other muscles randomly twitch.
Osteopenia.
Weird blood work - feratin too high, platelets too high, proteins that indicate neuropathy.
Red dots on feet and lower legs.
Dry tongue.
Loss of muscle.
During blood draws, blood coagulates quickly, so drawing blood takes unusually long.
Hair loss.
Mix up my words when speaking.
Antihistamines help.
Bone pain.
Gluten sensitivity.
MGUS.
I now have a rheumatologist, a hematologist and a naturopath.
Our injuries aren't even acknowledged. No one is responsible. Meanwhile, other countries are paying out damages.
@aaamadre. It's great that you itemized your symptoms to give bullseye clarity to your reaction. Thank you.
● I am 68, as of Oct, and I developed iron deficiency anemia almost 5 yrs ago.
● Never anemic before. It came on suddenly and required emergency blood transfusion.
● No answers found on why this condition has hit me, and I've had numerous tests.
● In 2018 - 2019, I only required one transfusion each year, but in 2021 - 2022, it's a constant challenge and have needed 4 iron infusions in each year. Note: my body is intolerant of oral iron and special diet isn't working either.
● So, my IDA was not caused by Covid vaccine. However, this thread has turned on a light bulb in a huge way!!
● I had Pfizer Vax on 2/9/22, when my bloodwork was in normal range. Until today, it didn't occur to me that the Vax was a factor in weird symptoms that literally started the very next day!
● My IDA symptoms are many, and they are the 'red flag' my iron is dropping. Once it starts dropping, it goes down quickly. My hemotologist is very good, and I just had an iron infusion today (takes 4 hrs). My body is intolerant of the fast-infusion...makes me ill right away.
● As for the Pfizer Vax, it magnified my symptoms bigtime, and brought new symptoms. Again, I never connected the dots until reading this thread.
● I had the Delta variant of Covid beg in July 2021. Came close to dying, but for non-ozygen origin. It was pure hell, but I refused the ER for almost 3 wks. I had developed blood clots...9 of them, in my legs and arms + had bilateral pulmonary embolism. This rqrd hospitalization twice, and it became long Covid. Honestly, I'm still not fully recovered and had to retire for health reasons.
● Anyway, that vaccine has got to be connected to new onset symptoms within 24 hrs of the injection.
At this point, I have NO plans of another covid Vax.
My heart goes out too all who have endured this battle.
Wish you all the best … 🤍🙏🏼
Could it be that Drs aren’t reporting this and assuming coincidence? My Drs just tell me there is no evidence yet to support my concern. Am I able to report myself?
Zero history of gastro issues. Week after my booster extreme gastro and menstrual problems, lasting a year now. Also developed an anemia issue. Something happened, that is not all coincidence. Trying to fins some answers with my doctors.
My ferritin (from 25 to 6,6), hematocrin, (from,41 to 37),hemoglobin (from 138 to 114),iron saturation,(,05) and iron (3,2) levels dropped after 2 Pfizer vaccines in January this year.I have been feeling unusually tired and weak since then. I saw a doctor yesterday. He said that I am anemic but I shouldn't feel any symptoms (?) and he referred me to a hematologist. I was recovering nicely from anemia from Celiac disease until the vaccines.I also have pain & numbness in my legs, knees and feet
You can self report to vaers, I did. They contacted me to get my Drs name, my dr was happy to confirm.
I recently started comparing my blood levels because my lab tests showed that I was anemic. In December thru January I received the two shot Pfizer shots and by the end of March when I got my labs back, it showed that I was beginning to show low blood levels and I was diagnosed with anemia. Over the next 6 months, my blood levels have been going lower. I had no problems till I got the shots. There is definitely a relationship between the vaccines and anemia. I also have had some other problems which I now attribute to the vaccines.
Welcome to the club.....
Exactly. Now they won't acknowledge that vax injured people exist or help us. We are censored and discarded. I'm glad myocarditis is getting some attention, but this goes way beyond that. I personally have about 25 new health issues due to Pfizer covid vax. I appreciate mayo letting us talk here uncensored.
I am very curious if the Vax caused Essential Thrombocythemia in me? Of course, the doctor said it was not possible because it was caused by a gene mutation. I don't believe that the doctor really knows.
