They would be smart to do so. I think people would be happy if it showed even small gains and agree, people would rush toward it in droves. Hopefully, some new docs or med students will undertake this as a study. Yes, people will be their own experiments indeed and I think they go in knowing that. The woman who oriented me for my "free session" was in her 50s, average body weight, and stated Osteostrong alone was able to get her T score of -3.9 to the osteopenia range. That is a bold claim. Even the anecdotal information is sparse.. if you can find it.
Hey Teri! I already subscribe to Margaret Martin but hadn't heard of Dr. Fishman. Will check him out. Regardless of medication regimen/or opting for no meds, these additional resources are very helpful. Appreciate your response!
I found Dr. Fishman and his research by accident, but am so glad I did. I hope you find it useful @rubyz.
Hi @egrolman , @catluvr999 , This is a reply to your question about what exercise I do. You may find the detail in the .pdf file below. Please click on the link under Shared Files named "Exercise in Post-Fosamax” (in blue color) below. The file will open.

@msou Thanks so much for your exercise routine...your precise writeup is a work of art. I've looked through it, and, though I likely will try to find an alternative to the weights backback, the other exercises are super compelling, particularly the idea of returning to doing Tai Chi, including trying the two links you gave and revisiting some that I still have bookmarked. I really appreciate your work on this! Thanks again.
I have done tai chi for years. It really helps.
@catluvr999 , Thank you very much for the kind words.
Many thanks! I hope it works as well for me as it does for you!
Ellen
Hi Ellen @egrolman, You may design your own exercise routine. Then adhere to it. Based on the initial BMD result, you'll know where you could put emphasize in the routine. One way to realize if the exercise is working for your need is to go by the test. Every 2 years, when the BMD or other bone quality test data comes back, it is the time you’ll see if the exercise you setup is doing its job. Modify or continue accordingly. At the beginning, I knew nothing about how bone behaves. Only when I got into trouble, it pushed me to learn. Our body is our own secret book. It takes some observation to read it.
Hi @windyshores, Great! Do you go to a Tai Chi class?
