@bystrbrwb22 thanks I do feel I have a lot to deal with in that so many different problems that overlap and its not funny but as I said to lioness, i forgot to list a few things too! To stop talking about myselgf for a bit, we had to put collar on our dog and not sure how to explain but husband sort of threaded dogs collar through the narrow end of the Cone and then he could put it on her and take it off easily. He also , on the wide end, cut it down about and inch or two so she could reach her water dish and food... it worked out better but was still a pain.. til we discovered vet had left a stitch in front paw after taking others other and she was trying to pull it out with her teeth.... once daughter noticed it and vet removed, healing was quicker and off came the collar. She is 12. ugh today right side of upper head started tingling and of course lie here thinking, is this going to get worse, what should I DO IF THIS, IF THAT.. . which is part of the problem... fear. Glad you also have husband to help as i do but sometimes i feel bad that he has to put up with this while ill himself, just goes on and on.... thanks for your kind thoughts. J.
@bustrbrwn22 Omega 3/6/9 are totally effective against dry eye. However, I can only say that for what causes my dry eye, they work.

1 Reaction@bustrbrwn22 The Omega3/6/9 supplement is interesting and might be worth pursuing. However, I’m on several post-transplant meds yet. So before I take anything it needs to be run past my transplant team pharmacist and doctor. But it’s worth checking into. I’ll be sure to post results if I do take it.
Hi I dont think I will be trying the omega 3/6/9 for a while though, J.
@cherriann, I just opened your post and saw Systane. That is what I use and I will share my reasons. I have itchy skin and have allergies to sulfa. I only use products that have passed the dermatology guidelines for eye products without sulfa. Systane is one of them. Just an FYI really. Aging eyes are a reality. It is 91% humidity today where I live now and 12% humidity where II used to live. My eyes say thank you to me every day. Thanks so much for sharring.
May you have contentment and ease.
Chris
I have Mixed Connective Tissue Disease (genetic, diagnosed with blood work) and fibromyalgia is part of the overlap. Movement is so important to move the fluids that press against muscles and tendons, presenting referred pain. A daily walk and general stretching make a huge difference. Rest just lets you rust. Keep up with non-processed, low sugar foods, too as sensitivities lead to pain. I got images of sore joints, and no bone issues; it is all soft tissue woes. I avoid supplements for the most part, but magnesium citrate and D3 help.
I gave up filing; notebooks for critical investment info, deeds, medical testing
and such. Scan the interesting stuff and recurring information. I find I can now do with one file drawer.
