How do you deal with dry eyes?

I have dry eyes due to sjogren's syndrome. Does anyone else deal with dry eyes?

My doctor prescribed Tryvaya which is a nasal spay that stimulates the trigeminal nerve that produces tears. This has been a miracle drug for me. (I have Lewy body dementia that has caused nerve dysfunction.)

No sé si mí problema es el mismo pero últimamente me lloran mucho los ojos y pudiera ser ojos secos. ¿ Es lo qué tiene pasa a ti?

@jubilta77 My ophthalmologist "Recommended using the dry eye drops called REFRESH. I also use a dry eye lubricant called SYSTANE. Both help my dry eye condition and are available without a prescription.
