Unexplained diarrhea,malabsorption,dizziness,feeling faint, confusion

Hello,
I’m new here. My symptoms have gotten worst in the last year. I’m sick to my stomach or vomiting or have dry heaves everyday. I have developed food and medicine intolerance. Can only eat maybe small portions of rice and vegetables and plain bread throughout the day. And even then some days I am in the bathroom with diarrhea after eating. My gallbladder was removed some years back. When some of the same symptoms appeared back then. But there is no gallbladder to remove now. I’m losing more and more weight. I have periods of confusion and that’s really scary. The testing MRI’s , CT scans and blood work are coming back negative. My gi doc is repeating the testing with a CT scan of the Brian this time. I doubt she will find it. I’m getting sicker everyday. Really losing hope. I’m glad this website is here. It’s soothing to know I’m not alone. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I understand how lonely this is and how it can affect you mentally. My husband has made it really hard for me as now all he does is complain about how he has to do so much for me. I have become a burden on everyone. I have a few appointments but no tests scheduled seeing as I have to first have a consult. Unfortunetly all these doctor's don't have emergency appointments so you just get what you get

Are you in the hospital now? If so, are they admitting you? I’m wishing well. Keep me posted. I am concerned about you.

No, my husband will not take me back to the hospital because it's too expensive and we can not afford it so I just have to wait for my doctors appointments to come. I have an appointment to meet a GP on the 6th of February and an appointment to meet a gastroenterologist on the 18th of February. Hopefully they will order tests soon because I am dropping weight quickly. I have now dropped 26 pounds and I am constantly sick. Now I am having breathing issues my chest hurts and it's hard to breath and I have this headache that won't go away

I understand today is not going good for me either. I’m shivering and feeling faint . I’m just trying to make it through the day. I know if I go to the ER they will just do the basic blood work and send me home. So sorry to hear you’re feeling worst. What can we do? Sad to say but I guess if we’re passed out somewhere maybe they would check deeper. I support you and am sending good vibes your way. Saying a prayer for both of us because we truly need help!

I cannot imagine being in your shoes. I hope the new tests can give you some conclusive information to work with.

I have to go see a therapist tomorrow because the doctor was worried about my mental health but I don't see how thats going to help me with my state right now. Yea the ER basically said if it's not life threatening they can't help me all they can do is give me IV fluids and send me home. That's not worth the 200 dollar copay especially when they run the same tests each time and I end up forking out thousands for it. I am afraid I am going to pass out while driving my kids to school or while driving to one of my appointments it's scary. I am here for you and I really hope they figure out what's going on with you soon!

It really sucks when you can't even sleep! Every night now I wake up in sweat and just can't fall back to sleep. This lack of sleep is really starting to mess with me!

When your gallbladder is removed some surgeons are very quick to remove gallbladders by the way..
your bile goes directly in the small intestins which acts as a natural laxative..hence your diarrhea..
You should also be tested by an allergist to see what you are either intolerant or allergic to. When that is done bring the info to a nutritionist who will guide you as what the best diet is in your casre
Good luck🍀🍀

But all day long? My doctor said these symptoms aren't normal for a gallbladder removal and has sent me a referal to see a GI doctor. I will look into a allergy test I have already cut out lactose and gluten those clearly are not the problem but something else could be. I have just been very sick and I am looking for help because this isn't a way to live
