Unexplained diarrhea,malabsorption,dizziness,feeling faint, confusion

Hello,
I’m new here. My symptoms have gotten worst in the last year. I’m sick to my stomach or vomiting or have dry heaves everyday. I have developed food and medicine intolerance. Can only eat maybe small portions of rice and vegetables and plain bread throughout the day. And even then some days I am in the bathroom with diarrhea after eating. My gallbladder was removed some years back. When some of the same symptoms appeared back then. But there is no gallbladder to remove now. I’m losing more and more weight. I have periods of confusion and that’s really scary. The testing MRI’s , CT scans and blood work are coming back negative. My gi doc is repeating the testing with a CT scan of the Brian this time. I doubt she will find it. I’m getting sicker everyday. Really losing hope. I’m glad this website is here. It’s soothing to know I’m not alone. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

When your gallbladder is removed some surgeons are very quick to remove gallbladders by the way..
your bile goes directly in the small intestins which acts as a natural laxative..hence your diarrhea..
You should also be tested by an allergist to see what you are either intolerant or allergic to. When that is done bring the info to a nutritionist who will guide you as what the best diet is in your casre
Good luck🍀🍀

I have to go see a therapist tomorrow because the doctor was worried about my mental health but I don't see how thats going to help me with my state right now. Yea the ER basically said if it's not life threatening they can't help me all they can do is give me IV fluids and send me home. That's not worth the 200 dollar copay especially when they run the same tests each time and I end up forking out thousands for it. I am afraid I am going to pass out while driving my kids to school or while driving to one of my appointments it's scary. I am here for you and I really hope they figure out what's going on with you soon!

Oh no, I pray that your not driving while you and your family are in the car on those bad days. We have to find a doctor or doctors who will listen. I am trying to network to find some doctors who will think outside the box. This could be something rare and their over looking it. Will keep you posted. Please be sure to stay safe on those really bad days. Maybe you can reach out to someone for help. I’m starting to ask for more help now. People need to realize one day it could be them.

I am in the ER right now due to chest pains and inability to breath with blurry vision and dizziness. So far nothing. They gave me Tylenol and a bag of fluids again. Now I am waiting to see what they say

Oh no my friend. They can give you meds for the nausea. The doctors can call something in for you. I understand because Sunday I was so dizzy and nauseous I thought I was going to pass out and it’s scary. Ginger ale /water stays at my side. The doctor did call in something for nausea. I wiil give it a try. How are your chest pains and breathing now? I hope your feeling a little better .I support you all the way.

I have been worried about you. Sounds like you need to be in the hospital. I mean a hospital that has a team of doctors to look for maybe something rare. They need to think outside the box.You and I both. If you can try to get a diary maybe there are some triggers. I’m muddling along. Some day stomach upset is overwhelming and other times I’m dizzy and feeling faint. I try to force myself to eat. Mybe some broth or something light. Try to keep your strength you. And keep me posted.
