What are your experiences with Leqvio?

My cardiologist is considering adding Leqvio to rosuvastatin to further reduce my cholesterol. I am looking for other people’s experiences with Leqvio.

@justlucky For those of us who are in the same boat, so to speak, and have not followed every entry to the thread, can you please tell us what the permanent side effects might be? I think we would all like to be aware. If you don't mind sharing. Thank you.

@71young I'm no medical professional. I apologize, I don't have the time or inclination to repeat my previous comments. Plus this thread is about inclisiran/Leqvio rather than Crestor/rosuvastatin. Please do a key word search to find the relevant posts.
I have idiopathic peripheral neuropathy which may not appear until 1-2 years after starting the med. Even if the cause can be identified and eliminated, sometimes nerves just don't recover.

I have been on LEVQIO for a couple years now. I could not take the statins they caused leg pain. The LEVQIO gives me no side effects. It also hasn’t lowered my cholesterol or LPa. But it clears my sinuses!!! The nurse said that was not a side effect, but it happens every single time I get an injection that my sinuses get absolutely clear! I love it even though it’s only for a day!
