@scottrl thank you so much and well yea I work out 5 days a week and try to get good sleep and try to eat clean. And I try not to stay on the phone all day and try to be productive. It’s not perfect but I do try tho. My social circle isn’t too wide but I do have some people that I can talk with and I try to stay focus.

@deevon That's all good.

I think of the saying, "It's not what you eat that's bad for you. It's what's eating you."

Have you given thought to something that's bothering you? (You don't have to answer; it's for you to know.)

I bring it up because I have always been sensitive to emotional pressure. If something is distressing me, I feel it inside. Nothing medically wrong, but the physical effects can be miserable.

@scottrl yeah I have a few times. But your right thoughts can definitely affect you but it’s still hard to cope when dealing with something in real time.

@deevon Believe me, I understand completely.

Let me share with you something I wish someone had told me when I was 18.

Some of the most powerful words are:
"This too shall pass."

When I was first recovering from my stroke, a very difficult time indeed, I kept imagining horrible scenarios.

You know what? None of them happened. I have endured.

You will, too. You're smarter, tougher, more capable, and have a brighter future than you know.
