Can any health experts or anyone who experienced or is experiencing this explain What is this? if I randomly feel anxious nauseous numb in my body and hot like hot flashes and I feel like I cant feel my body and then I feel sweaty , tingling and my heart rate is beating fast and stomachache just feel light and unwell and after woke up but this random surge happened before even when I wasn’t sleep? It just comes randomly I wouldn’t be feeling anxious or anything I think and it just comes randomly but this the first time it happened while trying to sleep I take antidepressants such as setraline and hydroxyzine. Plus I’m a male 18 so this is really effecting me

I smelt some food and I was feeling nauseous from smelling it more and now I have some tingling and nauseous feeling I feel weird , like my body reacting to something , It comes on and off and this is my 3rd to 4th time of having this random feeling and almost feel like every symptom is caving in at me at once. I also have problems with palpitations I get then on and of so I don’t know if it could be that as well plus gi issues such as , burning sensation after stools, Constapation, bloating etc someone please give advice or let me know the possibility of this because I care about my health and I try to catch something that feels off or not normal and this definitely checks that off, and I don’t wanna leave something unattended or leave anything that needs attention.

Sorry to hear that you have these awful sensations.
Has it been going on for a short or long time?

Have you've been seeing a doctor yet? Breathing techniques can help calm the nerves system down. Practice even slow inhale, rest, exhale, rest repeatedly. 4 seconds on each. H2o intake is very important everyday. If you're on meds the Dr. should weigh in. Hope you find relief.

@ellesea01 thank you. I guess you can say it been about a year or 2 since this been going on. yes I went to the dr a few times since last year and I did normal routine check ups, I got my blood work , I went to a cardiologist they gave me a heart monitor for 2 weeks because I’m experiencing palpitations and they said everything looked good except I had a low heart rate, I went to a gi doctor at first I just did a blood pressure test, and told the gi doctor all my symptoms than after recently I did a stool test they had me send out stool samples the gi doctor said it was nothing that caught there attention but Im dealing with pain after stool and some times blood which I definitely had to get checked that’s what lead to the stool tests, I did some tests with my primary doctor including, blood work , blood pressure, blood sugar levels etc but the cardiologist is sending me another monitor to wear for 2 weeks by the way.

Glad to hear you're doing the medical avenues for checkups. Even if tests clear you it is very good and also frustrating as the search and symptoms keep needing continued. Yikes. 2 weeks of heart monitoring, maybe will notice something? Are you able to get exercise, movement etc? That helps us. Do certain things seem to bring pain up or make it worse? Any meds you find helpful? I am rooting for you, hang in there. Ttyl ☆♡☆♡

@deevon, I feel bad for you because you’re so young and unfortunately this can happen at any age, the symptoms you describe sound a lot like a panic attack and I’m very familiar with that. I see that you have been going through lots of tests to rule out any other possible causes, also I read that you’re taking medication for the symptoms, sometimes the medication is not effective enough and you might have to see the doctor for help with that. It’s very difficult to live with stress and anxiety because the symptoms you feel are so intense affecting your body in many ways, it can take a while to get back on track and eventually with the right treatment you will feel better again, best wishes.

@deevon, welcome. I have merged your newly started discussions into one discussion in both the Mental Health and Digestive Health support groups. That way members of both groups can see your messages and you don't have to check in multiple places.

Mayo Clinic Connect is a place where patients like you can share with one another. If you would like an expert opinion on the symptoms you are experiencing, you may wish to consult with your doctor or submit a request for an appointment at Mayo Clinic https://mayocl.in/1mtmR63

You appear to have multiple symptoms that could indicate a number of health issues from panic attacks to heart or digestive issues. I'm not doctor so I couldn't even begin to speculate. Only a doctor can make a full assessment of your medical history and order specific tests to confirm or rule out possible health conditions.

It sounds like you are following up with specialists as well as your primary care physician. Have they checked for things like Covid or Lyme disease or other infections?

@ellesea01 thank you for that. will I haven’t really noticed a pattern or trigger except for stools, and I I work out every 5 days outta the week with 3 of them being weight lifting and I haven’t really notice too much of a problem with working out I mean sometimes symptoms can spike but I can’t give a definite answer if they trigger any thing because it seems like every just comes randomly.
