What sleep meds help you stay asleep?
I’m on a combo of Ambien and Seroquill. I knock out for exactly two hours and then. I’m just awake.

@tisme That is a lot of mag glycinate. You have to make sure you know if it is “elemental magnesium” or not. You should look up the amount that is acceptable. That’s a lot of L-Theonine but I don’t know what the daily limit is.
I dont take it now anyway because it doesnt work
@nanamillie
What strength of CBD and THC gummies do you take? Do you have a favorite brand?

1 ReactionI get a pack of ten at 1000 strength, but I cut them in half. I like the watermelon flavor.
I take half, get in bed n put on a TV program, set my TV timer n usually asleep within the hour.

2 ReactionsTrazadone works great.
I was addicted to ambien and I did crazy things on it.
A lot of good information here. My sleep issue is somewhat different. I have no trouble falling asleep and typically get about 6 hours of sleep on average. My main problem is fragmented sleep because I wake up about 5–6 times every night to use the bathroom due to overactive bladder (OAB). Unfortunately, my OAB has not responded to various medications and treatments over the years.
I’m not sure whether sleep medications would be helpful in my situation, since the main issue seems to be the repeated awakenings rather than difficulty falling asleep.
