What treatment helps for feet neuropathy?
Hello,
I am looking for years for some medical treatment to ease my neuropathic pain in my feet. It is getting worse especially at night: pain and burning of my soles, numbness and tingling.
What I am taking now, with modest results, are Naproxen and Magnesium Glycinate.
What about you? What is your medication for flair ups?

Two different creams have helped me a lot with the nightly foot burning and pain. NERVIVE pain relieving cream which runs about $12 - $13 (Amazon) for 3 oz. One tube lasts quite awhile. It targets multiple nerve receptors and it really works for me! CAPSAICIN high potency pain relief cream which runs about $18 (Amazon) for 3 2oz tubes. This also works well! I use Nervive the most and switch off with the Capsaicin every once in a while.
Also, alcohol exasperates the nightly foot burning and pain.
Cornel,
Seems to me your pain is due to nerves that have lost their insulation, myelin. B12 renews nerves coating. It is only in animal protein. Veges have nil. Just go and buy some METHYLCOBALAMIN. That's the best source of B12. Booze stops absorbtion. Am 83.5 with nil pain anywhere.
