I have "idiopathic" peripheral neuropathy. I've been using a red light therapy device on my feet for 15-20 minutes three times a week for the past two months in addition to other treatments and supplements. So far, I can't say that the red light has helped, but it's difficult to say when there is no experimental control. I don't feel any improvement, but might I be worse off if I was not using the red light? Maybe.
