What treatment helps for feet neuropathy?

Hello,
I am looking for years for some medical treatment to ease my neuropathic pain in my feet. It is getting worse especially at night: pain and burning of my soles, numbness and tingling.
What I am taking now, with modest results, are Naproxen and Magnesium Glycinate.
What about you? What is your medication for flair ups?

Does anyone find relief from using Magnesium Oil on your feet. I usually apply before sleep and have found that foot cramps have subsided using this oil.

@itsmeagain
I’ve begun using 300mg of Alpha Lipoic acid and it’s done wonders for my feet. In be they used to feel as though I was wearing too tight shoes and they’d spasm.
No more of that thank heavens.

I was over dosed at VA with gabapentin so I do not recommend it.
My wife tried electro stimulation that worked for her, but must be repeated, no drugs.
I used anadynene light treatments (same thing used on burn issues to stimulate skin and nerve regeneration) with great results, but it also must be repeated, but also NO drugs involved.
