Sores on tongue, sides of mouth.

Well Yay another issue! Idk where to put this but it’s extremely painful and annoying. Around March our tree pollen was high and I started using Naselcort.
My allergies symptoms are weird -
But the part I had is the severe tiredness and irritability. I even left my home and went on vacay! I know I was very lucky to be able to. My mouth did seem to improve and then
It’s gotten really bad again. I can’t eat any spice! I must use my granddaughters strawberry toothpaste - so many things hurt. I did go
To the doctor but because my appointment was for
Something else they didn’t help me. I’m assuming now
I have some sort
Of histamine problem? I have positive ANA speckled 1:80 titer.
This is so hard
Bc my chronic pain is becoming worse and to deal with this makes
Me very depressed. I looked at
Both sides of my tongue last night and both sides
Have blisters? My inside
Cheeks also have white
Swatches? ANYONE?????

I hope this helps: I plan to make a mouth wash that I read about for mouth sores.
Here it is:
4 cups of water; 1 teaspoon baking soda; 1 teaspoon salt.
All the best.

I saw on another thread, 2 TBS Iodized salt, 2 TBS baking soda, 2 cups water. Crazy salty... but since last week when I started my last flare, in conjunction with the Triamcinolone paste, the sores went away pretty quickly. My next mixture will be a bit less salty.
I just received go ahead for a prescription for Dexamethasone. Quite expensive so curious if it will be needed with the salty mouthwash.
Good luck!

@lebanon100 Thank you so much! Do you have an autoimmune disorder?

The sores I have look like popped blisters, appearing like I’ve seen on my heel after my shoes have rubbed a spot raw. The pain is horrid. The first one is dime sized, the second akin to the size of a pencil erasure. It has a pea sized painful to the touch lump next to it. I was taken off of a 25 mcg patch (every 72 hours) and put on Suboxone. It is a film that is dissolved under the tongue. My tongue would get a “knot” on it. One little white nodule here or there that would go away every couple of weeks to the blister like sores I have now. Not sure if it’s related to the change in this medication, but it’s the only change I’ve had. I also have Sarcoidosis of the Lungs and Skin. It’s in check though. I take a Methotrexate injection once a week. I went to my PCP. Sent me home with Nystatin for Thrush. This is not Thrush. I have T2 Diabetes as well, not Thrush. Not sure who to hit up next. Which type of Doc comes next? Any suggestions? Thanks!!!

@crippledoll I have similar issues. The only thing I can do is use a “sore mouth” mouth rinse.
