Spruce Grove AB? Hi from northern New Brunswick. Not a lot of NTM expertise in this province and travel involved for me. I have bronchiectasis and m abscessus subsp abscessus. See my posts under "Home infusions." Would love to hear your story,

That’s too bad to hear nothing local for you.
I’m 30 mins out of edmonton and the university hospital. Have a great MAC here. Best in Canada I am told. And a good pulmonologist as well.
Diagnosed about ten years ago with MAC and had BE as well. It’s gotten a lot worse in the last few years.
On all the pills. Round 3 of them. Waiting to talk to the pulmonologist on Monday. So maybe start a treatment for that.
Are you on meds? How’s day to day life for u?

I am waiting for ID doc to come up with m abscessus treatment plan. My pulmonologist ghosted me two months ago. Referred me to ID and hust disappeared. I have no family doctor. Many months to years long waiting list for one. So being treated by a nephrologist for hypertension and ID doc and that is my medical team. Can't get an appointment with Healthlink either. Would move back to Toronto if I could afford to live there. Very frustrated.
