I keep up with my cardiologist, passed stress tests and echos, has a CT score of 7 in my LAD. He boosted my statin from 20 to 40, to which I add a baby aspirin and COQ10. Here’s the thing. Sometimes notice a sharp pain in left breast when on treadmill at steep incline. Doesn’t happen every time, goes away. No shortness of breath. I’m also lifting weights, so I don’t know if the twinge is from pumping my arms on treadmill, anxiety, or my artery slowly closing in a last gasp. Can anyone relate?

Your stride changes when you’re on a treadmill, especially if you have it on a high incline. I think the fact that you can do those other things without a problem is a good sign. If you’re worried, take it easy between now and Tuesday when you see the doctor. No need to stress your heart or create unnecessary anxiety.
I only had the echo. The CT angiogram this week is being done with contrast. If it turns out there are significant blockages, doubtless I'll get a catheterization as the next step.
@bitsygirl thank you
I hope it’s good news.
