Anyone have Vagus nerve problems causing strange, unnerving symptoms?

Does anyone else have debilitating symptoms that affects the entire body, especially in the morning hours, and my Arrhythmia Dr told me I have Vagus Nerve malfunctions that causes major issues where my heart goes off beat, I have to continually use the bathroom and I get an overall body feeling of just feel sick, rush of nausea etc.

I still have the overall muscle twitching and strange internal vibrations as well as tinnitus and thumping sounds in my right ear.

Does anyone else have Vagus nerve problems that cause strange, unnerving symptoms??

My son is having some of these same things going on. He hasn't been diagnosed yet but just wondering if you have any numbness on either side of your body?

For what it's worth, so far no afib but I do have early stage CHF at age 77, am type 2 diabetic with fibromyalgia, arthritis, COPD, sleep apnea, and a 2022 diagnosis of gastroparesis docs say is linked to diabetic damage to the vagus nerve. I sometimes experience internal trembling early AMs and constant fine motor tremors in my hands the "experts" seem to think is related to nerve damage from the diabetes.

I don't know if you still look at this but I had similar experiences with internal tremors plus I also had peripheral neuropathy in both feet last summer. I was sent to a neurologist who insisted that I was diabetic even though I am not. Finally, after many tests, the neurologist stumbled onto the fact that I was actually suffering from vitamin B6 toxicity. I didn't realize how much B6 I was consuming in my daily vitamin along with a B-Complex vitamin. She had me stop all B vitamins and it took several weeks but my symptoms went away. This may not be what is going on with you but I'd had my B6 checked just to make sure.

Thanks for the update. In my case, with gastroparesis and a renal diet and diabetes, I don't get enough B vitamins. Medical team has said partly due to gastro and diabetes but even more so due to years of Zoloft. (NOW they tell me!)

The strange thing about vitamin B6 is that a deficiency in that vitamin can act the same way as too much of it can.
It may have nothing to do with your problem but you might want to look into supplementing with B6 and B12 if your doctor is on board of course. I definitely sympathize with the internal tremors. I thought and so did the neurologist that I probably had Parkinson's or MS at first. Best wishes concerning your health.
