As @hopeful33250 and @jeans have mentioned, the best place to start is seeing a doctor who can accurately diagnosis the issue. It's important to see a doctor who can evaluate what type of testing might need to be done. They can work with you to understand your symptoms and present treatment options as well work with you to make lifestyle changes that may be able to help with reducing headache triggers.

Headaches can be so debilitating. Sometimes so painful that it is difficult to think. If you have a headache right now, please GO to your nearest emergency room and they can help you.

If you do not have a headache now then lets get you to a doctor to have them help you before it comes back. You can call your nearest clinic or hospital and they can give you a doctor that can help you.

@sebley12...Headaches are no fun. So many different complications can cause a headache. I sure hope @aarushi is in the emergency room as we speak.

Praying for comfort,
Dawn

I agree. @aarushi please see a doctor and get a professional assessment. Do you have a doctor you can go to?

@aarushi I've been thinking about you! How are you feeling today? You said that you do not have a doctor. I would like to suggest that you talk with friends, family or neighbors to find out what doctor they see. I've often seen doctors who were recommended by friends, it is a good place to start. In the meantime, I agree with Dawn's suggestion that you go to ER when you have your next headache. They will be able to help you with the pain and also find the cause of the headache. Keep in touch and let us know how you are doing.
