I am writing about your sudden headaches. Have you had a MRI? Do they have a reason for your pain? Has there been diagnosis?

As @hopeful33250 and @jeans have mentioned, the best place to start is seeing a doctor who can accurately diagnosis the issue. It’s important to see a doctor who can evaluate what type of testing might need to be done. They can work with you to understand your symptoms and present treatment options as well work with you to make lifestyle changes that may be able to help with reducing headache triggers.

@aarushi In that case, please see a doctor. Keep in touch and let us know how you are doing!

I agree. @aarushi please see a doctor and get a professional assessment. Do you have a doctor you can go to?

It could be a migraine. Those are very painful, but the suddenness of it sounds different. When I get a migraine it starts slow and builds up to something terrible. Did you injure your head recently?

Headaches can be so debilitating. Sometimes so painful that it is difficult to think. If you have a headache right now, please GO to your nearest emergency room and they can help you.
If you do not have a headache now then lets get you to a doctor to have them help you before it comes back. You can call your nearest clinic or hospital and they can give you a doctor that can help you.

@aarushi I’ve been thinking about you! How are you feeling today? You said that you do not have a doctor. I would like to suggest that you talk with friends, family or neighbors to find out what doctor they see. I’ve often seen doctors who were recommended by friends, it is a good place to start. In the meantime, I agree with Dawn’s suggestion that you go to ER when you have your next headache. They will be able to help you with the pain and also find the cause of the headache. Keep in touch and let us know how you are doing.

If you are comfortable sharing, please let us know what suggestions your doctor has given you. We would like to get to know you better, so please keep in touch and let us know how you are doing as you and your medical team search for a diagnosis and treatment plan. My best wishes and prayers go with you today!
