Celiac Artery Aneurysm: Anyone else with same illness?

I never heard of using xarelto as a blood thinner and I’ve been on Coumadin for 10 years. Warfarin is the same thing pretty much and all I’ve been using is Coumadin.
Every Wednesday morning the lab comes to my house to draw blood and the results goes to my cardiologist and he determines my dose as it is up and down weekly.

I have researched zarelto and it is a blood thinner. I thought it was either Coumadin or warfarin (same thing).

I was diagnosed with a celiac artery Aneurism in 2020 and the size was 1.cm . Last year due to my abdominal pain after CT scans the result show an increase of the size to 1.1cm .
My Dr advise to observe if the aneurysm grows further before considering surgical intervention. Surgery
I will appreciate if anyone could advise me on the above issue .

My cardiovascular surgeon checked my aortic aneurysm and said that it was at 1.7 ten years ago and it’s still at 1.7.

Trust your cardiovascular surgeon. They have no reason to tell you that your aneurysm is nearing 5cm. Ripe for surgery. I went to a hospital on another issue and they found that I had a torn aneurysm and that I have to be transferred to another hospital.
That hospital said that it was nothing to worry about because it isn’t bleeding but you’ll have to come back on a non emergency surgery.
Now I’m being told about the aneurysm only being 1.7 for ten years and even though it’s torn we feel that we can discharge you safely “. Recently an X-ray showed nothing. They couldn’t find one. If it’s possible I guess they can shrink.

Correct me if I'm wrong: The OP is posting about a "celiac artery Aneurism" which is not an aortic aneurysm. The 5 cm threshold for an aortic aneurysm isn't the measure for concern of a celiac aneurysm. I happen to have both. The thoracic surgeon suggested to me, based on the current small size of my celiac aneurysm to continue the coarse of treatment for my hypertension and get in better shape (exercise without heavy lifting).
I have scans every 6 months even though the VA said I only needed to have them annually. I pushed back and the VA is giving me scans every 6 months.
My VA is exceptional for me and probably the exception to the reputation of the VA.

May I know what is the size of coeliac artery aneurysm we should concern.
Any treatment for coeliac artery aneurysm?
