nights I have taken 1/2 of a 12.5 Ambien

also had very scary side effects from Ambien ... learned that they tested only men on Ambien

I started on Ambien about 10 years ago ... sleep meds, but nothing works like Ambien

I take 5mg Ambien to get back to sleep

doctor say about long-term use of ambien

Also tried Trazodone, Lunesta and Ambien ... Ambien would always put me to sleep ... And Ambien gave me anxiety. ... didn't work while I was taking Ambien

But I’ve never gone so long without Ambien

I've been using Ambien which is

prescribed Zolpidem, which is the Ambien

If not.... maybe try Ambien, or Lunesta
