Why am I so tired, especially on the days I take my MAC meds?

I'm tired all the time. It's worse on the days when I take my MAC meds. Does anyone know why and what I can do about this.

I too am exhausted all of the time. I'm 82 and have MAC, bronchiectasis. And perhaps pseudomonas.
I have been diagnosed for twelve years. Even a very short walk exhausts me. I do breathing treatments daily and even my modest exercise program is more than I can do
Has anyone found ways to improve when confronting this?

Are you taking antibiotics? I'm newly diagnosed so this is all new to me.
