What natural product can quiet my Tinnitus

I have had tinnitus for 28 yrs and I have hearing loss and the sound has increased. I have tried many natural products. Would appreciate any information that is available because I am truly desperate.

If you are a woman and over the age of 38ish your tinnitus may be caused from loss of estrogen. Hormones are natural, your body makes them. May want to check out Dr. Mary Haver's posts about how menopause affects the inner ear.
